Strawberry Frosé

It’s easy to make this frozen drink recipe. Just blend sweet frozen berries with rosé wine and a little vodka for an adults-only slushie that will be the hit of your summer party.
Ingredients
1 (750-milliliter) bottle rosé wine
Fresh strawberries
1 cup frozen sliced strawberries in syrup, thawed (about 10 oz.)
2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) vodka
Method
Collect all ingredients.
Mix rosé wine, strawberries with syrup, and vodka in a wide bowl, baking dish, or 1 gallon ziplock freezer bag.
Seal a bag or cover it with plastic wrap; freeze until almost solid (it won’t completely freeze because of the alcohol content), 4 to 6 hours.
Pour the rosé mixture into a blender. Blend until it’s smooth, for approximately 30 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Pour in 4 wine glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries.
Apple Cider Shandies

The shandy is a fantastic drink for football season, especially during tailgating, which can last for hours on end, requiring a lighter, more sippable drink.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chilled Hefeweizen or German Pilsner
1 1/2 cups chilled sparkling apple cider
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Method
Split the beer and cider equally between 2 pint glasses. Spread the lemon juice evenly between the glasses, and gently mix them together. Add lemon wheels for garnish.
Hurricane cocktail

A tropical, rum-based hurricane cocktail is a simple way to kick off your party. To add a kitsch touch, garnish with orange and cocktail cherries.
Ingredients
50ml dark rum
50ml white rum
1 passion fruit
1 orange
1 lemon
50ml sugar syrup
2 tsp grenadine
To garnish
4 cocktail cherries
2 orange slices
Method
Prepare a cocktail shaker by filling it with ice and then adding the rums. Add the passion fruit’s flesh and seeds, orange and lemon juices, sugar syrup, and grenadine to the shaker.
Make sure to shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels icy cold. Pour fresh ice into two hurricane glasses and then strain the drink two times into the prepared glasses.
Each one should be garnished with an orange slice skewered onto a cocktail stick and a couple of cocktail cherries.
Spicy margarita

Try this spiciness-infused margarita recipe that includes mango and lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and a chili syrup.
Ingredients
150ml tequila
75ml triple sec
25ml chilli syrup
25ml mango juice
25ml lime juice
handful of ice
For the chilli syrup
1 red chilli sliced
50g golden caster sugar
For the salt rim
Small handful coriander
leaves picked and finely chopped
½ lime zested
2 tsp sea salt flakes
2 tsp golden caster sugar
½ tsp chipotle chilli flakes
Method
The first step is to make the chili syrup. Combine the sliced chilies, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil on low-medium heat and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
Mix all the ingredients together and put them on a shallow plate for the salt rim garnish. Use water to wash off the rims of four tumblers and then dip them in the chilli-salt mixture. Put it aside while making the margarita.
Pour all the cocktail ingredients into a large cocktail shaker or blender and shake vigorously until the shaker is chilled to the touch. The goal is to chill, aerate, and dilute the drink, but avoid crushing the ice completely.
Add ice cubes to a large jug and the prepared tumblers, then strain the cocktail into the jug and stir it thoroughly before serving it to the tumblers.
Grand Mimosa

Orange wheels, for garnish
Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Method
Mix juice and liqueur together in a pitcher. Before serving, add sparkling wine. Decorate with orange wheels and mint.
Strawberry Daiquiri

The addition of fresh lime juice and a surprising splash of grenadine makes for a lively strawberry daiquiri.
Ingredients
3 cups (12 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 cup (4 oz.) fresh strawberries, hulled, plus 2 unhulled strawberries for garnish
1/2 cup (4 oz.) white rum
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp. simple syrup
1 Tbsp. grenadine (such as Rose’s)
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 lime wheels
Method
Combine frozen strawberries, fresh strawberries, rum, lime juice, simple syrup, grenadine, and salt in a blender that either runs at high speed or is regular.
Process until smooth, approximately 30 seconds.
Pour the mixture evenly into two hurricane or daiquiri glasses. Add a fresh strawberry and a lime wheel to the rim of each glass. Serve immediately.
